I didn’t need to be induced after all as Xavier took the old “start the assignment the night before it’s due” approach. He is my son after all.
I’m doing fine but sleepy, sore and trying to get the hang of breast feeding.
Sean has been the best husband and partner I could ask for and is on dirty diaper, photography, and swaddling duty.
Thank you for the good wishes and kind thoughts. I sincerely believe all of my family and friends’ prayers and good thoughts helped me through a smooth delivery.

Your life as you knew it gets crammed into a shoebox, shaken violently, kicked and toppled down several flights of stairs, gnawed and dragged by several neighborhood dogs, and finally cracked open and thrown scattered to the four winds.
